Update Company Information

Company Master-->Company Settings-->Company Information:


Update any company information necessary.

  • Account Number* - Client account number. This number is hard-coded by HR Performance Solutions staff and cannot be changed.
  • Company Name* - Change the way your company name is displayed in the system and on reports.
  • Range Year* - Change the range year used for your salary ranges. This will change the compa ratios for all staff.
  • Assets (Budget, Revenue, etc.)* - Select the appropriate company size (as measured by assets, budget, revenue, etc). This can be utilized to project for organizational growth, just ensure you change the size back to the appropriate level after viewing necessary reports in order for the reports and compa ratios to be accurate.
  • Fiscal Year End* - Select the end date for your fiscal year.
  • Standard Weekly Hours for Full Time Employees* - Select the standard hours for full time employees. When adding a new employee in Employee Maintenance, when full time is selected, it will automatically fill the weekly hours with the hours listed here. This can be modified to fit a specific employee’s typical weekly hours in that employee’s record.
  • Average Weekly Hours for Part Time Employees* - Select the average weekly hours for part time employees. When adding a new employee in Employee Maintenance, when part time is selected, it will automatically fill the weekly hours with the hours listed here. This can be modified to fit a specific employee’s typical weekly hours in that employee’s record.
  • Performance Levels* - Select from 4, 5, or 6 performance levels. If using Performance Pro, ensure the number of levels used in Compease matches the number used in Performance Pro.
  • Position in Range Levels* - Select from 3 or 5 position in range groupings to be used in the merit matrix. Three levels groups employees into three large compa ratio groupings and five levels groups employees into five smaller compa ratio groupings. Most clients opt for five levels as it provides more compa ratio differentiation.
  • Participate in Salary Survey - If you are a credit union client, you can opt to participate in the salary survey. By checking the box, this allows us to extract your data when the participation period is open. Ensure that the salary survey has been competed through the Job Master Salary Survey.
